Had lovely stay overall, incredible place and the weather was wonderful. The breakfast was fresh made with lots of options. The room was big with the bedroom, beautiful view to the lawn, for instance, great service. The personnel was excellent and thoughtful. This hotel was located in a suburban area so close to a well-kept park, a lovely authentic restaurant in the area, and Bordeaux.

From the moment we arrived and greeted by John who took us into the chateau and introduced us to Anne Marie, we were made to feel part of the family. The rooms were delightful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We sat down in the courtyard with the friendly labrador and drank a bottle of the chateau's own "Perchamont" wine, which was really lovely, we bought two bottles to take away with us. The bed was so comfortable and we had a wonderful sleep, after we returned from one of our favourite restaurants nearby, we hired a taxi that Anne marie sourced for us. Nothing was too much trouble, we will certainly be back at the first opportunity. Many thanks to Anne Marie and John.
We liked everything about the chateau, lovely period bedrooms, modern bathroom with instant hot water, super shower. Great sleep. Wonderful breakfast. Fabulous.

The building has been restored in good keeping with its origins and is decorated to a very high standard. The history of the building just oozes from the walls and the timbers. Breakfast around the large kitchen table each morning was an international conversation, mostly in English, but interspersed with French. Friendly, welcoming and faultless, you even wake up to the sound of bird song.
Having to leave to go home

Lovely clean accommodation. Friendly owner who spoke excellent English and gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation up the road. Very handy for Bergerac but felt like we were in the middle of the countryside. Very large comfortable room. Stepped outside early morning and found ourselves face to face with a deer- wonderful!
Had to fiddle with the shower but not a problem.

This Chateau was just enchanting. Everything about our stay was perfect except perhaps the fact that we could not access any English channels on the tv as you can in most hotels. The country side was just gorgeous and it was delightful to see deer leaping in the grounds when we drew back the curtains in the morning. The attention to detail is what makes this chateau special which includes the wonderful breakfast. We ate at a local restaurant Le Flambee and it was wonderful. We would certainly stay at this chateau if we pass this way again. Ps the chateau makes a very good red wine.

This hotel is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by vineyards and picturesque countryside. The rooms are beautifully decorated with antique furniture, and the comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the terrace, where I could soak up the sunshine and admire the views. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of homemade jams and local products that added a special touch.
No complaints at all, everything was perfect.

The peace and serenity of the location, the lovely rooms and the owners, particularly Marie
No choice of cereals for breakfast although Marie was happy for me to make our own porridge and would have been nice to have some cheese or ham to go with the bread. However, this is a minor complaint as the bread and croissants were lovely, home made jams were delicious and orange juice was freshly squeezed and overall we loved every minute of our stay
